We are having so much fun! We all got a little toasty on Monday and Tuesday, but not enough to keep us indoors. It has been HOT here, but we have been enjoying the pool and the beach. The past two days the kids and I have been taking long afternoon naps and it has been wonderful. Yesterday all three kids were in the bed with me to take a nap and I cannot remember the last time I had all three of my "babies" snuggled in close to me. I love many things about vacations, but I love seeing my kids smile and have fun. I am so thankful that we have these opportunities to be together as a family. The kids have been so worn out that they have slept in most mornings, well except for Chloe. This morning at 5:45 my phone rang. I thought at first that maybe I had accidentally set my alarm, but then I realized that it was the ring tone that is played when Jeremy calls. I look at the phone and it says that 'Jeremy' is calling me. I turn over and Jeremy is still asleep right next to me. I then thought that someone downstairs was calling me from Jeremy's phone, but if it was that important surely they would come get me. I cancel the call and a few seconds later it buzzes that I have a message. I get up and walk to where Chloe is supposed to be sleeping and when she sees me she pulls her sleeping bag up to her neck. I pull the covers back and there was Jeremy's phone! She is the one that made the phone call! I was not very happy with her for taking her Daddy's phone, but I was not happy that she called me at 5:45! I put her next to me and was able to go back asleep for a little while. After we all got up I got ready and Bev, Allison, and I headed out for a late Mother's Day present, a massage!! It was at the beautiful resort and it was wonderful. We warned the guys that this would have to be part if our annual family vacation. We got back and then went to the pool for a while. We just finished supper and I think we are about to have a family devotion time. I plan on taking the girls for a night-time swim tonight so they will be excited.

No word on the house yet! Please continue to pray for us.

 Oh, hey. Just dropping in to unload the million thoughts going on in my head. I know it's been awhile and once again I am writing this from my phone, so please excuse any mistakes. I am wearing my reading glasses since the last time I posted so maybe writing from my phone won't be as bad as it usually is.   I'm a little bit of a mess these days and I am entering the time of the year that is the hardest on me emotionally,  mentally,  and spiritually. These next few months are filled with dates that broke me. There are dates the next few months that take me back to the darkest days I have experienced.  I enter this fight with the demons that seemed to have attached themselves to me 22 years ago. Praise Jesus, He gave me victory from those demons, but this time of year they like to rear their ugly heads and I struggle.   "I live with a difficult child. That is really hard to write, but the truth is that I have lived with a difficult child for about 14 years. The last few years have been unbearable at times."  I haven't written a post in a long time. The main reason is that I don't have a personal computer (my work computer will not let me log in with my personal email) and I absolutely hate writing from my phone, but here I am needing to write,so I write. When I logged on this evening I found that I had started to write a post on May 23, 2022, but never finished it. We had just come off one of the most difficult years with Chloe. I could be found most nights just crying in my bathroom or screaming, "I can't live in this house with her anymore!" Her treatment towards me had escalated so intensely that I didn't even speak to her for several days and I was a little afraid of her. Wednesday, October 26, 2011- You are cordially invited...to my pity party

Okay. So life has been hard these past few weeks. Well, maybe not life in general, but I have been having a rough time. So, I am choosing to have myself a little pity party. If you would like to join me, keep reading. I do not talk much about my fibromyalgia. One, I do not like to complain and I feel like I am just a big complainer when I do talk about it. Two, the truth is that if you do not have it you cannot fully wrap your mind or sympathy around the pain I feel every day of my life. Over the past two years I really have learned to live with it. My husband and kids would see a glimpse of my pain, but I even tried to hide it from them. I really struggle with letting people know my own hurt and pain. Almost a year ago I was finally diagnosed and was able to get a mild relief from the intense pain. Of course the first few medicines work for a few months but then I was changed to a more powerful medicine. Well, about a month ago my pain has returned at full force. I was scheduled to go...
