Today I am thankful that it is Friday. I am thankful that I am finished with my classes and managed to pull out an "A" in all three classes. I am thankful that we are going out to dinner tonight so I do not have to cook. I am thankful that I might actually have time to get my house cleaned this weekend. It has been driving me crazy but it has been on the low end of our priority list. I am thankful that Chloe had a good day at school today so we could reward her and not feel like we are always punishing her.

It has been a wild week with the kids (my school kids and my own kids) and I am sure next week is going to be worse. The truth is I am getting pretty excited myself. I feel like I can now enjoy these busy days with my classes behind me. I have a busy day planned tomorrow. One of my girls in my class (actually the one that is leaving me, sniff, sniff) is an amazing little gymnast. Her state meet is tomorrow and so I am taking Emma to go watch her compete. I think she will love it! After the meet I am taking Sam to a birthday party. So, I will be running all day.

Here is a picture of me and Sam after school today and the other was taken in Emma's classroom. Emma's class had a birthday party for Jesus today. The kids brought in baby items that would be given to a family in need. The kids were so sweet. Here is Emma with "B" (Mrs. Parks) her wonderful teacher.

 Oh, hey. Just dropping in to unload the million thoughts going on in my head. I know it's been awhile and once again I am writing this from my phone, so please excuse any mistakes. I am wearing my reading glasses since the last time I posted so maybe writing from my phone won't be as bad as it usually is.   I'm a little bit of a mess these days and I am entering the time of the year that is the hardest on me emotionally,  mentally,  and spiritually. These next few months are filled with dates that broke me. There are dates the next few months that take me back to the darkest days I have experienced.  I enter this fight with the demons that seemed to have attached themselves to me 22 years ago. Praise Jesus, He gave me victory from those demons, but this time of year they like to rear their ugly heads and I struggle.   "I live with a difficult child. That is really hard to write, but the truth is that I have lived with a difficult child for about 14 years. The last few years have been unbearable at times."  I haven't written a post in a long time. The main reason is that I don't have a personal computer (my work computer will not let me log in with my personal email) and I absolutely hate writing from my phone, but here I am needing to write,so I write. When I logged on this evening I found that I had started to write a post on May 23, 2022, but never finished it. We had just come off one of the most difficult years with Chloe. I could be found most nights just crying in my bathroom or screaming, "I can't live in this house with her anymore!" Her treatment towards me had escalated so intensely that I didn't even speak to her for several days and I was a little afraid of her. Wednesday, October 26, 2011- You are cordially invited...to my pity party

Okay. So life has been hard these past few weeks. Well, maybe not life in general, but I have been having a rough time. So, I am choosing to have myself a little pity party. If you would like to join me, keep reading. I do not talk much about my fibromyalgia. One, I do not like to complain and I feel like I am just a big complainer when I do talk about it. Two, the truth is that if you do not have it you cannot fully wrap your mind or sympathy around the pain I feel every day of my life. Over the past two years I really have learned to live with it. My husband and kids would see a glimpse of my pain, but I even tried to hide it from them. I really struggle with letting people know my own hurt and pain. Almost a year ago I was finally diagnosed and was able to get a mild relief from the intense pain. Of course the first few medicines work for a few months but then I was changed to a more powerful medicine. Well, about a month ago my pain has returned at full force. I was scheduled to go...
