We have had a busy few days. I am actually surprised it is Wedneday already! We have a half a day tomorrow and we will be having our Christmas party from 8:30 until it is time to leave. It has been hard to keep track of what the kids needed for each day. Chloe had pajama day yesterday and Emma needed her present to exchange yesterday. Today Emma and Sam had pajama day and Chloe needed drinks for her party. Tomorrow Sam needs drinks for his party and my class is wearing pajama. I was sure that one of us would end up wearing our p.j.'s on a day they were not supposed to be wearing them:) The kids have been so excited about Christmas and I have to admit I am just excited! We are leaving next week to go to Illinois to spend Christmas with my family. We will all be there and I LOVE that fact! Jeremy is finsihing up two of his classes for his doctorate so he is super stressed and has not been feeling the best. He will be finished on Saturday. Yesterday after school I took the kids to Clarksville to get Jeremy's Christmas gift. Yes, it was insane! We went to Target and the kids were signing Christmas songs as we went aisle to aisle. Everyone thought it was soo cute, but I did not share the same enthusiam. After we did our shopping I took them to eat at Steak 'n Shake. There was a couple in there and the lady was blind and had a seeing eye dog. The kids were intriqued by the dog and asked all kinds of questions. I expalined to them how the dog helped the lady. Some time passed and the couple got up to leave and Emma had the funniest look on her face and then she says, "Oh, I thought the lady rode on the dog's back!" It was so funny! I guess she was picturing the lady on the dog's back the whole time I was explaining it to them. She has kept us laughing these days! Chloe has two good days this week but today... not so much. She pinned one of her friends down and was trying to poke his eyes out while they waited for their party to begin. A few hours later one of my students went to use the restroom and she came back and said, "I heard Ms. Betty say 'CHLOE RIGGS!" I later found out that my child was pulling her pants down and showing everyone her behind!! She then topped the day off my pooping in her pant. We just do not know what to do with her. If she is having a bad day she is going to keep having a bad day all day long. If you punish her she just does something worse!! Here's hoping for a better day tomorrow. She only has to last about 4 hours.

Okay, so I let my medicine get low so I have been rashening my medicine and not taking the correct dose. I now have a refill but I have had a rough few days. The drastic change in the weather has not been helping me either. So, I am thankful that I have my full dose of medicine. I am thankful that rest is coming. I am thankful that my children are healthy and happy. I am thankful that my kids have three tecahers who love them and want the best for them. I am thankful that I have been able to read for fun (currently reading The Hunger Game). I am thankful for every day reminders that God is bigger than our pain.
Pajama Day!
