We have gotten into a habit around our house. It is called being lazy! It has been raining or cloudy every morning this week and the kids and us have slept in every morning. Jeremy has gotten up when the kids woke up and I have slept until 9:30 most mornings. It has been nice, but it has set tone for the rest of the day. I have then been taking a 2 hour nap every day and staying up until 12 or 1 am and then the cycle starts again. I think I am ready for a life of routine again. I know in a few months I will be wanting a break again, but I am ready to be working. I did get a few things packed the past few days. I got all of my Grandma's China and other precious breakables packed up. I miss her so much! It added a lot of emotions to my packing. I am hoping in the near future I can get a small china cabinet to display her things. Other than packing we have just stayed in during the day. The kids have gone to VBS all week and last night I had about three hours completely by myself:) This morning I actually had to set an alarm and get up and get ready to go out in public. Sam and Chloe had a  physical this morning. Emma will probably have to wait and have her Kindergarten physical in Chicago because it has not been a year yet since her last one. It was sad to say good-bye to our doctor. He is a nice old man and has been with us since Sam came home. It is also scary for me to think about finding a new doctor! One of my friends gave me the name of the doctor she used for her boys in Chicago, so that is some relief to me. We got their forms filled out for Chicago Public Schools and poor Chloe had to get 5 shots and take blood from her finger. Sam was a super sweet big brother and held her hand while she got the shots. Sam thought he was in the clear until the doctor came in and said that in the IL form they wanted to know hemoglobin levels (?) so Sam also had to get his finger pricked to take some blood. They are both healthy and the doctor put my heart at ease about starting Chloe in school this year. He said that all she is lacking is in her speech and the school system would be able to give her the speech therapy she needed. That is kind of what we were thinking too, but it was nice to get confirmation from the doctor. After the doctor we made a quick trip to Wal-Mart and then I got lunch to bring home. After lunch the kids and I (and Lucy) piled in the bed and took our daily nap:) We are staying in tonight and tomorrow and then we are heading to Memphis on Sunday to attend our National Association for a few days. We will be coming back on Tuesday because Jeremy flies out on Wednesday morning for Chicago. I guess we have rested so much this week because our rest time is almost over. After tomorrow life is about to get crazy!! We are moving in 2 weeks and 3 days!!

The kids had bandannas at VBS so they wore them around the house all week.
