I know that many people are posting on FB about what they are thankful for each day of this month. My "thanks" may seem shallow on my blog, but I am assuming you all know that I am always thankful for Salvation, Jeremy, Samuel, Emma, Chloe, my mom and dad, my siblings, my nephews and niece, and all my friends and family that I have been richly blessed with in my life. Every day we live our lives and we forget to be thankful for the small blessing each day.

So, for today I am thankful that it is finally Friday. I am thankful that Chloe had another good day at school. That makes a full week of not getting her clip moved!! I am thankful that we got our vehicle registered in Illinois and now have an IL license plate. (Even though I will admit it was sad to see the TN plate removed.) I am thankful for Friday night Domino pizza deals and the yummy ham and pineapple pizza I will be enjoying in a few minutes. I am thankful that in my son's words, "Mom, I love you more than my DSI. I know I like to play it a lot, but I do love you more that it." I am thankful for his tender heart and that he felt the "need" to tell me that.

Here are a few pictures of the kids from this evening. Sam plays the Wii from the minute he gets home on Friday until we tell him he has to turn it off. I believe he would play it all weekend if we let him:)

 Oh, hey. Just dropping in to unload the million thoughts going on in my head. I know it's been awhile and once again I am writing this from my phone, so please excuse any mistakes. I am wearing my reading glasses since the last time I posted so maybe writing from my phone won't be as bad as it usually is.   I'm a little bit of a mess these days and I am entering the time of the year that is the hardest on me emotionally,  mentally,  and spiritually. These next few months are filled with dates that broke me. There are dates the next few months that take me back to the darkest days I have experienced.  I enter this fight with the demons that seemed to have attached themselves to me 22 years ago. Praise Jesus, He gave me victory from those demons, but this time of year they like to rear their ugly heads and I struggle.   "I live with a difficult child. That is really hard to write, but the truth is that I have lived with a difficult child for about 14 years. The last few years have been unbearable at times."  I haven't written a post in a long time. The main reason is that I don't have a personal computer (my work computer will not let me log in with my personal email) and I absolutely hate writing from my phone, but here I am needing to write,so I write. When I logged on this evening I found that I had started to write a post on May 23, 2022, but never finished it. We had just come off one of the most difficult years with Chloe. I could be found most nights just crying in my bathroom or screaming, "I can't live in this house with her anymore!" Her treatment towards me had escalated so intensely that I didn't even speak to her for several days and I was a little afraid of her. Wednesday, October 26, 2011- You are cordially invited...to my pity party

Okay. So life has been hard these past few weeks. Well, maybe not life in general, but I have been having a rough time. So, I am choosing to have myself a little pity party. If you would like to join me, keep reading. I do not talk much about my fibromyalgia. One, I do not like to complain and I feel like I am just a big complainer when I do talk about it. Two, the truth is that if you do not have it you cannot fully wrap your mind or sympathy around the pain I feel every day of my life. Over the past two years I really have learned to live with it. My husband and kids would see a glimpse of my pain, but I even tried to hide it from them. I really struggle with letting people know my own hurt and pain. Almost a year ago I was finally diagnosed and was able to get a mild relief from the intense pain.
